Design Notes

This sequence is a fusion of the parts BBa_K3002029 and BBa_K3002005, which were created in order to synthesize the codon-optimized MHETase gene.


Source

This part originates from Ideonella sakaiensis (Yoshida, S., 2016) and is condon-optimized for Chlamydomonas reinhardtii.
